Jim started at BTL in April of 2006 as the Midwest Office Manager, a position he still holds to this day. Jim brings a wealth of relevant experience to BTL. “[I love] the genuine team atmosphere and ‘One team – One fight’ mentality.  Every customer is treated as important as the next regardless of the size of the project. Customer service is the number one priority and we emphasize quality over quantity,” says Jim.

When Jim isn’t working, you can find him fishing, hunting or cooking. Jim can be just as happy drinking a cheap scotch as he would be an expensive one. Jim has been married for more than 26 years to his wife Karen. They have three children, Rebecca, Jacob and Joseph. Add to the mix an American Water Spaniel named Diesel and a cat named Charlie and you have the Nicholson family.
