From Custom to Stock: Get the Perfect Tarps for Your Specific Needs

At BTL, we’re more than just liners. While we do provide liners for a variety of applications and industries, we also manufacture both custom and stock tarps. Depending on your need, you may want a custom tarp with unique D-rings, grommets, or in a specific color. For other applications, stock tarps will satisfy your requirements. For example, customers looking for semi-truck tarps will generally all need the same sizes and specifications. Because of this uniformity, we offer stock tarps that can be purchased immediately with no wait time on custom design and production. At BTL, we take the time out of having to line out the exact measurements of a stock sized tarp for common uses. While we conveniently make stock sized tarps, we also can customize the perfect cover or tarp depending on the application and your unique preferences.

Advantages of BTL Tarps

  • Our tarps are twice as thick as our competitors; 277 thread count instead of the usual 135 thread
  • We use 2” seatbelt webbing to secure D-rings, which is a strong alternative to the vinyl many of our competitors use
  • BTL use 1.5” - 2” welds opposed to the 1” welds used by many of our competitors
  • BTL is stronger and more reliable than other stock tarps on the market
