How do I keep algae out of my groundwater lagoon?

Algae blooms are primarily caused by excess levels of nutrients within the lagoon. This can be controlled by aerating the water or adding a biological filter.

A biological filter will help absorb the nutrients that plants would usually absorb to starve out algae and prevent blooms from forming
