How do you store greenhouse food?

Greenhouse food can be saved and preserved in a variety of ways; items can be dried, dehydrated, frozen, or canned in order to protect them for long periods of time. Produce can also be vaccum sealed and pickled. The way you store the foods will also change the way the texture and taste will be in the months to come.

Along with canning and dehydrating food to be kept for a longer amount of time, you could also freeze dry your produce. This process can make items last 25-30 years. Canning foods is one of the best and longest lasting options, however. Canning veggies and fruits, if done properly, can last several decades.
