A greenhouse needs to keep a constant eye on several factors: temperature, humidity, water levels, and air circulation. Certain plants may prefer cooler or warmer soil, and may need additional heating mats or shades. If things get too hot or cold, plants can die, make sure you keep an eye on the thermometer on hot days or cold, freezing nights. Thermal blankets can be used to help keep the greenhouse warm, or shades used to block the sun and cool it down.
Plants need water to thrive. Make sure that you're adjusting how much you water your plants as they grow and their root structures lengthen. Younger plants will need shallower, more frequent watering. Older, established plants will need deeper, less frequent moisture.
