EPDM can withstand temperatures as low as -55 degrees and up to 275 degrees Fahrenheit without losing flexibility and developing the risk of cold-cracking. With that excellent temperature tolerance, you can confidently install EPDM pond liners even in the coldest regions.
Like most flexible things, EPDM does tend to stiffen slightly in cold weather, although it won't be enough to cause damage. To ease installation, though, you can leave it out in the sun for a while to warm it up just a bit.
