Is PVC UV resistant?

PVC is sensitive to UV degradation, and will quickly become brittle if exposed to enough sunlight. UV radiation quickly destroys the entire panel, and can render a PVC liner useless. Repairs on PVC are almost always impossible, and typically, the entire liner must be replaced.
