Woven silage covers typically offer better dimensional stability and maintain flexibility even in extreme temperatures, however they may not offer the same degree of impermeability to water and air compared to nonwoven materials. To combine the best qualities of both woven and nonwoven covers, consider RPE (reinforced polyethylene) geomembranes, which are constructed of a tightly woven reinforcing layer bound between two nonwoven coatings.
