What kinds of geomembranes are there?

Geomembranes refer to an array of a combination of woven and layered polymers in order to create a solid, impermeable sheet. This reinforced material can come in sheets as thin and flexible as a trash bag, to massive rolls of liner so heavy they're transported with heavy machinery. For a fish and human-safe pond liner, BTL provides a top-of-the-line HDPE liner in their AquaArmor series. This durable geomembrane is ideal for pond liners, applications in aquaculture and hydroponics, canal and trench lining, baffle and turbidity curtains, and endless other uses.

For chemical and abrasive fluids, ArmorPro is manufactured out of a woven nylon or polyester core, surrounded with protective engineered coating. This reinforced geomembrane is able to contain everything AquaArmor can, with the addition of incredibly corrosive or concentrated toxic fluids, like jet fuel, or toxic wastewater.
