Find a market in which you see a place for yourself, the less miles you need to travel to sell your wares, the more money you'll make in between. A greenhouse in the city center may have less room, but it will be easier to access than a secluded mountainside homestead.
Grow what you are best equipped for. What is the climate like where you are? Does it get very cold? You may need heaters or extra covers. Is it incredibly hot? You may want a shade house, light deprivation covers, or employees in order to damp down your greenhouse in the heat of the day.
